1. Introduction
Welcome to The Frida Edit (“we”, “us”, “our”, “The Frida Edit”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of our website https://www.thefridaedit.com.au/ (“Website”) and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Orders & Acceptance
3.1 All orders placed via the Website are an offer by you to purchase a product.
3.2 We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order for any reason, including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
3.3 Once your order is accepted, we will send you an order confirmation email. At that point a contract is formed.
4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 Prices shown on the Website are in Australian dollars (AUD) for Australian customers and may be converted for NZ customers; you are responsible for any currency conversion/fees.
4.2 We accept payment via credit card, debit card, PayPal. You shall pay for the products in full before delivery.
4.3 We may update prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders already accepted.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 We ship to Australia and New Zealand unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Delivery times are estimates only and commence from dispatch. We are not liable for delays outside our control.
5.3 Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Title passes once we have received full payment.
6. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees
6.1 If you are a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act, you have statutory rights (e.g., for faulty goods, or goods not as described) which cannot be excluded.
